When i contacted the support I told them the same thing happened to me last night. Today I tried to place an order again only for them to tell me that my account had been locked YET AGAIN. I was finally able to order however the restaurant that I wanted to order from had closed during all this useless back and forth. After finally getting ‘verified’ my account was still locked- even though they said it wasn’t- I couldn’t place orders! I restarted the app and everything and even wrote back to them in their email and they just copied and pasted the email they sent previously telling me that my account was able to be used. I tried again last night with a new account and that one was also flagged and I finally caved and sent my information as I was starving. They wanted me to send my passport and my credit card information which seemed wrong. My first Account with these people was flagged for some reason. If possible, please send it from the same email your Glovo account is registered with. Please could you send an email to with more details, so that we can personally assist you and resolve the issue. Realistically i use it because there's no other choice since they bought and crushed local "Donesi" service that didn't hadhave any of the above mentioned issues, when they were late you even got an apology message, small thing but makes you feel they actually care for the customers, unlike Glovo. There is no option of leaving reviews and comments for restaurants, only thumbs up (like) or dislikes, and therefore the restaurants also don't have any feedback about customers reviews. There's no option to see location of restaurants, and therefore there's no way of telling if the estimated delivery time is even possible or you will have to wait until your food finally arrive cold.
